O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to secure and produce the detenu before this Court.

2. The detenu is none other than the son of the petitioner herein. The detenu is aged about 22 years old and he is missing from 02.10.2025. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the third respondent and the same has been registered in Cr.No.320 of 2025. During the investigation, the third respondent found that the petitioner's son, aged about 22 years, fell in love with the other community girl and got married and they are also living at Vazhapadi, Salem District.

3. Admittedly, the petitioner's son is major aged about 22 years and he is living separately with his wife. Therefore, the detenu is

not under illegal custody of anybody and hence, this petition is not maintainable.
