Respondent/Appellant/Defendant Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., to allow the second appeal by setting aside the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.66 of 2008, dated 09.11.2010 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur, reversing the judgment and decree in O.S.No.469 of 2004, dated 12.08.2008 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur.

ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day, upon perusing the grounds of appeal, the earlier order of this Court dated 02.01.2020 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, vide letter in D.No.665, dated 23.11.2020 and upon hearing Mr.M.Thirunavukkarasu, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: This appeal has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the A.S.No.66 of 2008 on the file of Sub Court, Srivilliputur.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Second Appeal by order, dated 02.01.2020, directing the Appellate Court to restore and dispose of A.S.No.66 of 2008 within the time limit. Now, the Appellate Court seeks further more time for disposing the said Appeal Suit. Hence, the matter is listed today.

3. Considering the averments made by the Court below, this Court is inclined to extend time further.

4. Accordingly, the time for disposing A.S.No. 66 of 2008, is extended for a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No further extension will be given.
