To set aside the Fair and Decreetal order made in I.A.No.180 of 2016 in O.S.No.269 of 2012 by the Sub-Court, Palani dated 07.04.2017.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the dealy is condoned on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Only) to the Legal Aid Services Authority attached to this bench

within a period of one week from today, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
