ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b),323,324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime Number 36 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that these petitioners had attacked the defacto complainant and others, namely one Kannadasan, Dhanaraj, Palanichamy, Ramkumar, Praveen and Jeyamani on account of land dispute.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that one of the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital, because of serious injuries.

4. Under such circumstances, in view of serious nature of the allegations against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, even if the injured is discharged.
