O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to direct the fourth respondent and other police officers not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the De-facto complainant has made a complaint against the petitioner. There is a money transaction between the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the defacto complainant and the same is Civil in nature. On the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police harassed the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has not co-operated for the enquiry. If the petitioner co-operated the enquiry, the enquiry will be conducted in accordance with law.

4.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also recording the undertaken given by the petitioner that the petitioner will co-operate for the enquiry along with records, the third respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
