This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.89 of 2012 in Un.Reg.A.S.No.-- of 2012 dated 06.12.2012 on the file of the SubCourt, Ambasamudram.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is found that this Court by earlier order dated 30.07.2018, directed the revision petitioner to effect paper publication and to file the proof of service. Though, this civil revision petition is of the year 2013, so far, no steps have been taken by the revision petitioner to effect the paper publication. Even today, the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner is not in a position to submit whether the petitioner had complied with the order or not.

4. In such view of the matter, the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this civil revision petition. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
