Memorandum of Grounds of Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 20.03.2014 in A.S.No.61 of 2013 on the file the learned 1st Additional Sub Court, Trichy confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 04.06.2012 in O.S.No.639 of 2011 on the file of the Learned Principal District Munsif Court, Trichy.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SIVALINGAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. There is a delay of 259 days in representing the papers. Though the petitioner has satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delay in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, since the delay is on the higher side, the same can be condoned on payment of Cost. Hence, the delay of 232 days in representing the paper is condoned on condition that the petitioner paying a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to The Bubble's day care Creche maintained by the Women Advocates Association attached to this Bench within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.
