ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.168 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was surrendered before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy on 24.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.03.2015 due to wordy quarrel arose between the petitioner and the deceased, the accused have thrown a stone on the deceased, who was in a drunken mood and caused his death.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner had surrendered before the Court immediately after the registration of the case and the investigation is almost over.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would oppose the bail application stating that the petitioner has involved two previous cases and he is a history sheeted rowdy and the major part of the investigation is over.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Virudhunagar and report before the Virudhunagar Town Police Station daily twice ie., at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
