ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed accused Nos.1 & 2, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) (B ) of NDPS Act, in Cr.No.156 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in possession of 1.100 kgs of Ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that both the petitioners are ladies and they have been falsely roped in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the first petitioner is having 6 previous cases and the second petitioner is having 3 previous cases. All the cases are similar in nature.

5.Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the circumstances under which the petitioners are arrested and quantity of the Ganja, the investigation is over and the period of detention, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.
