ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition 5(iii) in Crl.M.P.No.2714 of 2025 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, dated 15.12.2025 and seeks to stay at Mandapam Refugee Camp.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.
3. The State has issued a Government Order directing the petitioner to stay at Trichy Refugee Camp. It is a policy of the Government that if any foreign nationals committing any crime, they would be made to stay in Trichy Refugee Camp or Cheyyar Refugee Camp and the said stay would based on the special Government Order. Therefore, the relaxation sought in this petition cannot be considered by this Court. However, there is a remedy available to the petitioner to challenge the G.O. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
