The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submits that the petitioners have complied, with the interim anticipatory bail order and a regular case in Crime No.4 of 2015 for offences under sections 294(b) and 352 IPC has been registered. Since the offences are bailable, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate and set bail.
