To pass an order of directing directing the 3rd Respondent to provide police protection to the life and liberty of the Petitioner and his property in new Sy.No.2549/3, Aundipatti Village, Aundipatti Taluk and Theni District, measuring to extent of 546 sq.ft from the Respondents Nos.5 to 7.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court dated 05.02.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1440 of 2021, thereby directed the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted a detailed enquiry and closed the petitioner's representation on 21.04.2021 itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
