ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second and third respondents not to evict the petitioner from her house by interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents No.4 to 7 under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the seventh respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed and subsequently, another complaint came to be received and also taking note of the rival claims of both the parties, the matter was referred 2/4

to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti and that the same is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 09.01.2023 NCC : Yes/ No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Thoothukudi District, Thoothukudi.
