ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed invoking the provisions of Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.147 of 2017 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.From the B-Diary extract, it is seen that on 24.01.2020, the matter was posted for respondent's evidence and from 08.01.2021, the matter is awaiting the evidence of R.W.2.

3.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.147 of 2014 on or before 31.07.2022. 4.In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
