ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.549 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(i) of I.P.C.,, and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to business motive, the accused were restrained the de-facto complainant and abused him in filthy language and further, A1 stabbed the de-facto complainant with knife on his stomach.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the injured has discharged from the hospital.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that due to business motive, the accused stabbed the de-facto complainant with knife on his stomach. He further submitted that the petitioner has six previous cases.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
