This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents herein not to interfere the civil dispute when the patta proceedings pending before the Sub Collector, Paramakudi in Na.Ka.B3/2723/2015 is pending.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that due to a civil dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner has been harassed.

4.The learned Counsel appearing for the defacto complainant submitted that he has given a complaint for forgery. 5.This Court is not willing to express any opinion in the merits of the case. It is suffice to direct the respondent No.3 to dispose of the complaint and conclude the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
