This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners, to set aside the fair and decreetal order, dated 05.02.2013, passed in I.A.No.24 of 2012 in A.S.No.33 of 2012 by the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, would submit that the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.33 of 2012 was disposed of on 31.03.2016 and hence, the matter has become infructuous.
