(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 7 to remove the encroachment made by the 8th respondent and other encroachments adjacent to Tackalay -Iraniel Three Road Junction and Demolish the building structure constructed by the 8th respondent considering the representation dated 21.12.2019. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is no instructions from the petitioner.

3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
