(MD) No. 17393 of 2021 dated. 19.11.2021 against the petitioners/petitioners and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHANKAR GANESH.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17393 of 2021 on 19.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.357 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17393 of 2021 on 19.11.2021 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
