O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent police to take appropriate action by secure the accused persons and consequently investigate the case in Crime No.142 of 2015, on the file of the second respondent police and file charge sheet within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is going on.

4. In view the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
