The petitioner challenges the enquiry notice in Na.KA.No. 11914/2023/A.1 dated 22.12.2023.

2.However, when the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would invite my attention to the final orders passed in Mu.Mu.No.11914/2023A1 dated 15.03.2025, stating that in view of the pendency of the civil suit the authorities cannot take any final decision. The petitioner has therefore, succeeded in his endeavour to challenge the proceedings before the first respondent. 3.In view of the final orders being passed on 15.03.2025, it is open to the second respondent to challenge the same, if so advised.

4.Accordingly, this Writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
