The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to quash the impugned order issued by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Cr.M.P.No. 677 of 2024 dated 03.08.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent stated that the loan amount has been settled and possession has also been handed over to the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
