ORDER

The impugned order, dated 15.02.2009, is under challenge in the present writ petition. However, the writ petitioner was subsequently promoted to the post of Headmaster and was continued in the post. The appointment of the writ petitioner as Headmaster was approved by the Competent Educational Authorities. Hence, this Court is of the considered view that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
