[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 & 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2008.

2. On account of efflux of time, the relief sought for by the petitioner has lost its relevance.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Government Order issued in G.O.(2D) No.2, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, dated 24.01.2007, is to be scrupulously implemented by the competent authorities.

4. Needless to state that the Government Orders, which are all in force, are to be followed by the subordinate authorities in the manner stated in the Government Orders.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
