This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.02.2015 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently, it was closed.

4. Recording the said statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
