J U D G M E N T

The respondent herein as plaintiff has laid a suit against the tenant for certain reliefs of injunction. This has now reached this Court in this second appeal at the instance of the tenant/defendants.

2.The learned counsel for the appellants/defendants made a statement that the tenant had delivered the vacant possession to the landlord and consequently, the appeal itself has become infructuous. Necessary endorsement has also been made.
