ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as the first and second accused who were remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 25.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 307 I.P.C. based on the complaint in Crime No.147 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is that on finding that the defacto complainant is hindrance to the illicit relationship, they attacked him.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is over. The petitioners have been incarceration for more than a month and investigation is nearing completion. He would further submit that the first petitioner is aged about 60 years and the second petitioner is a lady. 5.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the injured is yet to be discharged from hospital.

6. Even assuming that the injured has not been discharged from hospital, one thing is clear. The petitioners have been incarceration for more than a month and custodial interrogation of the petitioners is over. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, Pudukkottai District, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
