The instant writ petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher appointed in the fourth respondent school seeking a mandamus to approve her appointment.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fourth respondent school on 18.04.2018. The school management has forwarded the proposal for approval of the appointment to the second respondent on 12.12.2023. So far, the respondents authorities has not passed any orders, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the management and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
