ORDER
The petitioners are A.1, A.2 and A.5 for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A) and 420 I.P.C. in C.C.No.392 of 2014, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (JM Cadre), Madurai and they filed this petition seeking to quash the said proceedings.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned Counsel for the second respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, a joint memo of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ compromise has been filed by both the learned Counsel and it was duly signed by both parties and attested by the Counsel for both parties,
wherein it has been stated that the petitioner and the second respondent have resolved the problem amicably. The parties are also present. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and a joint memo of compromise and the fact that the parties have settled the problem amicably, this Court thinks that it is a fit case, where the further proceedings are not required to be ordered.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.392 of 2014, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (JM Cadre), Madurai is quashed.
