Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.EBENEZER.T.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20285 of 2021 on 20.12.2021 and also directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil daily.

2. Seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court, this petition is filed on the ground that the petitioner is having 80% of physical disability and he is not in a position to comply with the condition imposed.

3.
