ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 189, 294(b) and 341 of I.P.C., in Crime No.426 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a widow and she is having two kids and she has been falsely implicated in this case. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the ingredients of the offences are not made out.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case was registered based on the complaint given by the Advocate Commissioner appointed in O.S.No.181 of 2012 by the learned District Munsif, Kodaikanal and the offences are bailable and hence, the anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.
4. Recording the same submission, the Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
