2.Heard Mr.M.Seenisultan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Muthu Vijayan, learned Special Government Pleader for R1, R3, R5 and R6.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader forwarded a notice for enquiry, which is dated 04.03.2023 for the hearing date 27.04.2023. 4.The petitioner may participate in the enquiry and I am confident that the official respondents would pass final orders within a reasonable period of time.
