This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar to dispose the case in M.C.No.18 of 2012 within the time as stipulated.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the case is pending from the year 2012, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar is directed to dispose of the case in M.C.NO.18 of 2012 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
