To withdraw and transfer the petition in G.O.P.No.52 of 2017 pending on the file of the Honble Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai to the Principal District Court, Trichy or any other competent court as this court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.BAALASUNDHARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.MOHAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that the purpose of Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
