ORDER:- These Civil Revision Petition are coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 26.07.2022, 26.06.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi in D.No.752/2024 dated 03.02.2024, seeking further extension of six months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.40 of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi, this Court made the following order:- " Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".
2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order dated 26.07.2022, directed the learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.40 of 2008 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Subsequently, at the request of the learned Principal District Judge, six months further time was granted, vide order dated 26.06.2023.

3. Now, the learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi, has submitted a requisition dated 03.02.2024 stating that the plaintiff's side evidence was closed and posted the case to 05.02.2024 for defendant's side evidence.
4. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant four months further time. Accordingly, four months further time is granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.40 of 2008 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
