ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking to provide police protection to the petitioner life and limb pursuant to the her representation dated 28.12.2023.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint of the third respondent, first CSR No.566 of 2023 was registered and it was closed on 13.12.2023 and the current paper is pending. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor undertakes to close this petition after holding an enquiry.
