The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and the unnumbered writ appeal and he has also given a letter dated 12.03.2018 to the Registry to that effect. In view of the letter given by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, this petition in C.M.P.(MD) No.2283 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, W.A.(MD) No.SR 9056 of 2018 is also dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
