PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.495 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody on 04.12.2021, for the alleged offence under Sections 420 of IPC, in Crime No.495 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons have given the defacto complainant's car in lease, which was given to them by him on rent, without the knowledge of the defacto complainant and cheated him. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having two previous cases which were not in similar nature of this case.

5.Considering the period of custody of this petitioner and the limited role played by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 02/02/2022 / TRUE COPY / 02/02/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
