This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the the Inspector of Police, Natham Police Station, Dindigul District to expedite the investigation in Crime No.89 of 2015, dated 26.02.2015 and to file the final report within the time frame.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is going on.

4. In view the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
