COMMON ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- While cancelling the bail of the accused 1 and 2, on 14.08.2015, this Court passed the following order.

"11. Since the bail already granted to A1 and A2 are cancelled by this Court, they are directed to surrender before the Court concerned forthwith, failing which the respondent police shall secure them. Considering the facts of this case, the accused are directed to co-operate with the trial Court for completion of the trial and if there is no boycott by the Advocates, the trial Court shall complete the trial as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. "

2. However, the accused did not surrender as per the order of Court and the first accused was arrested on 19.10.2015, while the second accused surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate on 08.10.2015.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that after cancellation of the bail to the accused 1 and 2, they are now in judicial custody and the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the main case.

4. In view of the subsequent development, the trial Court shall dispose of the case in C.C.No.200 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
