ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 28.09.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 I.P.C in Crime No.556 of 2018, on the file of the respondent Police. The petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.2 and 3. They seek bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The case of the prosecution is that one Vijayakumar, who is working in Theni, lodged a complaint before the respondent Police on 28.09.2018, stated that 400 Kgs of Grains was stolen from their godown. Hence the complaint.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are no way connected with the said crime. Hence they seek bail.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioners from 14.09.2018, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions: (i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate. Theni.

(ii)the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
