2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai, to complete the trial in S.T.C.NO.812 of 2022 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
