reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 27.07.2011 in O.S.No.637 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul. For Appellants : Mr.B.Vijay Karthikeyan For Respondent : Mr.M.Mohammed Ibram Saibu COMMON JUDGMENT The issue involved in both the Second Appeals are arising between the Contractor and TWAD Board and hence the following common Judgment is passed.

2. It is submitted that pending these Second appeals, the main contract has been completed and extension granted by the TWAD Board is not necessary. The prayer in the Second appeals were also granted. And the contract was also completed. The main contract and all the contractors had received payment also. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Accordingly, these Second appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
