This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife R.Rajashree aged 23 years, before this Court and set her at liberty

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner a case has been registered in Crime No.137 of 2019 under the caption 'Women Missing'. He would submit that during enquiry, it transpires that the said women had eloped with another person and she is living in Bangalore and the respondents are taking steps to secure here

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
