Side) Prayer: To relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders in Crl.OP.(MD).No.15091 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025 in Crime NO.177 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.15091 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025.

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 64 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.15091 of 2025 on 12.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.15091 of 2025 on 12.09.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
