This criminal original petition is filed to call for the first information report in connection with crime No.116 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Nanguneri Police Station, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing investigation in crime No.116 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police has been closed as Mistake of Fact on 05.09.2018.
