ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the arrayed as first accused, apprehends arrests for the alleged offence punishable under Section 306 I.P.C, in Cr.No.148 of 2015 on the file of the the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.According to the defacto complainant, the petitioner, who is his son-in-law, a drunkard had harassed her daughter and therefore, she committed suicide.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he lead a happy married life and due to depression, she committed suicide. He further submitted that after the occurrence, the petitioner's father was done to death by the defacto complainant party.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) seriously opposed this anticipatory bail application stating that the petitioner, after consuming liquor harassed the deceased and bet her, which leads to suicide.

5. Considering the allegations against the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail.

6. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
