ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A4 who were arrested by the respondent police on 03.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 323, 324, 506(i) and 307 IPC in Crime No.261 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 03.06.2015 when the Sub-Inspector of Police attached to the respondent police station asked the third accused, who was running a tea stall, to close the shop, a wordy quarrel arose between the accused and they attacked the defacto complainant.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the victim has got simple injury and injured had already been discharged from hospital. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case. I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.
6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 12/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
