This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking permission to take substitute service for the respondents Nos.1,2,7 to 11 in M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2013 in Rev.Appl.(MD)No.SR24463 of 2013.

2. Heard Mr.Johnny Basha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.N.Govardhanan, learned counsel for the fifth respondent, Mr.N.Mohan, learned counsel for the sixth respondent and perused the records.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the petitioner shall effect paper publication to the respondents 1,2,7 to 11 in any one of the Tamil Daily news papers widely circulated at Pudukottai District on or before 25.12.2017 for the hearing on 04.01.2018.
