To relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the

petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court Pattukottai, Thanjavur District, daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20737 of 2025 dated 20.11.2025 in Crime No.1376 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.20737 of 2025 dated 20.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.20737 of 2025 dated 20.11.2025, is relaxed
